How We Build Fitness
CrossFit Classes
Our flagship 60 minute class that combines traditional conditioning, weightlifting, gymnastics and mobility into one class. Each class is led by our excellent and friendly coaching team that can adjust our programming to any fitness level.
Personal Training
Looking for 1:1 training, we’ve got you covered with a range of time slots and packages available to help support you in your health and fitness journey.
Bootcamp
Simply looking for a n entry level kickstarter to training with a 6-8 week commitment ? Look no further than our next bootcamp!
Open Gym
Available to all Maia members, come in and use our space under the watchful eye of one of our coaches to work on your choice of skills, movements or body parts.
Weightlifting
Every Wednesday night we have our in-house weightlifting class led by Head Coach and New Zealand Weightlifter Marco Mollo.
Friday Night Lights
Are you looking to be a competitive athlete? Want to take your training up a level? Looking for a group of athletes to push you? Our Friday Night Lights session is for you. A two hour session every Friday Night for athletes ready to take things to the next level.
