Getting Started at Maia
Step 1: Free Intro or Beginners Course
You have two options to getting your journey at Maia CrossFit started:
(1) FREE INTRO: This is a 20 or 40 minute session with one of our coaches. You’ll get to experience our space, taste what classes are like (but in a 1:1 setting) or see whether personal training is right for you. You will run through a movement screening and mini workout as well as discuss your previous training history, goals and any current injuries.
(2) BEGINNERS COURSE: Our beginner’s course is tailor-made for those new to CrossFit or returning to training after a break. The course contains three 70 minute sessions that will cover the basics and give you a solid foundation. You’ll learn everything you need to get started all the way from where the water cooler is, how our classes are structured to the basics of squatting, hinging, pressing and foundational body weight movements. Following our beginners course you’ll also receive a bonus 7 day trial to give our classes a go before signing up. You can join our beginners’ course waitlist here.

After your intro session or beginners course we will help you to find the best solution to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
We have a range of membership options from unlimited group class memberships, limited options and concession passes. We also offer a range of personal training options as well as online programming.
