Making the first step back into fitness feel like a baby step
Taking that first step back into focusing on yourself after having a baby can feel both essential and challenging. Coordinating childcare while making time for your own health and happiness isn’t always easy.
That’s exactly why we’ve created our Parents & Bubs classes—allowing new parents to come along with their little ones and get moving.
How it works
Programme details: Runs in six-week blocks, with classes twice a week (Monday and Wednesday) from 10:15–11:15 a.m.
Tailored sessions: Our coaches plan each class specifically for mums and dads returning to training. We understand interruptions can also happen during these sessions and that’s perfectly okay!
Designated baby space: We’ll have a safe area for you and your little one, so you can stay focused on your workout and your child.
