Our 8-week bootcamp is designed for beginners who want to tackle their fitness goals, meet new people and have a great time doing it. This style of training could serve as a stepping stone to explore CrossFit or personal training.

  • Convenient session times: With sessions three days a week, fitting fitness into your schedule is easier than ever.

    • Tuesday and Thursday 7:30-8:30pm

    • Sunday 7:30–8:30am

  • 8-week commitment.

  • 3x 60-minute sessions per week.

  • $315 per person.

  • Our first Bootcamp intake will start Tuesday, 8th October and finish Sunday, 1st December*.

  • Available to those aged 16 years and older.

 *Note there will be no bootcamp on Sunday 10th of November
