At Māia, we offer personal training in two ways:
1. Online Programming/Personal Training
Our experienced and qualified coaches can create bespoke training plans for you to complete either here or abroad. They’ll check in with you and help keep you accountable.
2. 1:1 Sessions (30, 45, or 60 Minutes)
We also offer in-person 1:1 sessions. You can pay as you go with minimal commitment, or make the most of a package deal to ensure someone’s always there to keep you on track.
